Video Content Creator

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Act as the on-camera talent, playing different characters, personalities and scenarios.
• Develop creative video concepts together with the marketing and content team.
• Shoot videos using smartphones, cameras or other suitable equipment.
• Edit videos into engaging, entertaining and platform-friendly content.
• Add subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions and other creative elements.
• Follow scripts and creative direction while bringing your own personality and ideas to the content.
• Keep up with viral trends, popular formats, memes and social media content styles.
• Manage the end-to-end content process: Idea → Script → Shoot → Act → Edit → Publish.
• Work closely with the team to continuously improve content quality and engagement.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role within marketing, communications or digital media
• Confident and comfortable being in front of the camera.
• Strong acting, facial expression and communication skills — this is a must.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in videography, including shot composition, lighting, and audio techniques
• Excellent understanding of video content best practices for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual narratives
• Strong project management abilities and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A portfolio or reel showcasing your best video work and creative capabilities
