We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Video Content Creator who can create engaging video content for brands and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Appear on camera and present content in a natural and engaging manner.
• Develop video concepts, hooks, scripts, and storylines.
• Create Reels, educational videos, promotional videos, trend-based content, and brand videos.
• Research current social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
• Collaborate with the social media, design, and video editing teams.
• Participate in video shoots for clients and Adwerdo's own social media.
• Understand brand requirements and create content aligned with the brand's communication.
• Deliver multiple content ideas and formats for different industries.
• Review performance of published content and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
• Ability to write or understand basic scripts and storytelling.
• Good knowledge of current social media trends.
• Comfortable working in front of a camera and during video shoots.
• Ability to work with a team and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of video editing will be an advantage.
