Video Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and lead the production of video content across multiple platforms, including paid advertisements, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and livestream highlight videos.

• Create compelling scripts, storyboards, and visual directions that align with the brand identity, communication strategy, and campaign objectives.

• Produce engaging on-camera content and confidently appear in videos as a presenter or content creator when required.

• Edit videos and deliver high-quality voice-overs or narration that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, KOL, and external production teams to deliver high-impact content.

• Monitor and analyze content performance using key metrics to optimize creative strategies and improve engagement, conversion, and sales.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, particularly on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and translate insights into innovative content ideas.

• Manage production timelines and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, campaign deadlines, and quality expectations.

• Plan and prioritize work effectively to achieve clearly defined performance KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Digital Media, Film, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Video Production, Creative Content, Content Creation, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Proven ability to develop creative concepts with strong storytelling and audience engagement.

• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera, with a professional presentation and willingness to create video content regularly.

• Proficient in video editing and voice-over production using industry-standard editing tools.

• Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness and the ability to produce content that drives both engagement and sales performance.

• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward measurable KPIs.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
