Video Content Creator

SkinX is looking for a creative and hands-on Video Content Creator to produce engaging video content across social media, eCommerce, and other brand communication channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands digital content trends, and can take ownership of video production while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving healthtech startup.

Responsibilities:

• Video Content Creation

  • Own day-to-day video production from shoot preparation and filming through editing, subtitles, and final delivery.
  • Produce and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, eCommerce, and other brand communication channels.
  • Coordinate with presenters, doctors, creators, and internal teams to prepare for shoots and help them communicate naturally on camera.
  • Coordinate with the Graphic team to develop motion graphics and animations that support storytelling, product communication, and service content.

• Campaign & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with MarCom, Graphic, eCommerce, BD, and Project teams to deliver video content aligned with campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Create video content for service campaigns, partner deals, sales promotions, new product launches, modern trade activities, and special projects.
  • Support video production for events, interviews, collaborations, and live activations, both in-studio and on-location.
  • Coordinate with doctors or relevant reviewers to ensure health-related messages and product claims are accurate, clear, and approved before publication.

• Creative & Performance Improvement

  • Propose creative ideas, storytelling approaches, and video concepts to improve audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on video, social media, and content trends and apply relevant ideas to brand content.
  • Review video performance and feedback to continuously improve future content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in video content production, particularly for TikTok, eCommerce, or social media platforms.
• Strong hands-on skills in video production, editing, and storytelling using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Good understanding of social media content and marketing communication principles.
• Creative-minded, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage video assignments and timelines independently.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video production and editing work is required.
• Experience in healthcare, beauty, or skincare, particularly in an agency, production house, or related industry, is a plus.
