Video Content Creator (Freelance) gives you complete creative freedom to shoot, edit, and star in high-converting video content for Dr.PONG, one of Thailand's fastest-growing skincare and health brands. You will build engaging short-form ads, viral TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts that educate consumers and drive direct online sales. It is an ideal position for an energetic creator who wants maximum flexibility, creative independence, and the chance to build a high-visibility portfolio with a top-tier brand. Responsibilities:

• Create End-to-End Short-Form Video: Script, shoot, present on camera, and edit high-performing video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
• Serve as On-Camera Brand Talent: Confidently present products, share skincare/wellness tips, and record professional voice-overs that connect authentically with viewers.
• Concept High-Converting Hooks: Develop creative angles, storyboards, and trending visual formats aligned with Dr.PONG's brand identity and sales campaigns.
• Optimize via Video Analytics: Track key engagement and conversion metrics (Views, CTR, Sales) to continually refine video hooks and double down on winning content formulas.
• Collaborate for Fast Campaign Execution: Work alongside Marketing, Creative, and KOL teams to turn campaign briefs into polished, revenue-generating media.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience producing and editing short-form social video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Confident on-camera presence with excellent verbal presentation and voice-over skills.
• Proficiency in mobile or desktop video editing suites (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form social video, ad creatives, or personal creator content.
• Prior experience making content in the Beauty, Skincare, Health, or E-commerce sectors.
• Portfolio is required!
