Video Content Creator – Part-Time / Project-Based (Remote)

TechLeadz is a software development and technology services company working with clients in North America and other international markets. We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Content Creator who can produce high-quality, engaging content for professional business profiles.

About the Role

The selected candidate will create short-form video content primarily for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. After understanding the businesses, services, target audiences, and brand guidelines, you should be able to independently develop content ideas and manage ongoing weekly video production with minimal supervision.

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with business understanding, not just a video editor who requires detailed instructions for every post.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand different business profiles, services, and target audiences.
• Research the North American market, competitors, trends, and audience interests.
• Independently develop creative video concepts and weekly content plans.
• Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and calls to action.
• Record, edit, and deliver professional short-form videos.
• Adapt content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Add appropriate captions, graphics, transitions, music, and branding.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and high production quality.
• Recommend new content formats and campaign ideas.
• Review content performance and improve future videos based on results.
• Meet agreed deadlines and communicate progress clearly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience creating professional social-media video content.
• A strong portfolio of short-form videos, Reels, or similar work.
• Excellent video editing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to generate original ideas and work independently.
• Good understanding of North American audiences and content styles.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Understanding of platform-specific formats, trends, and best practices.
• Reliable communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for technology, SaaS, AI, healthcare, or professional-service companies.
• Knowledge of social-media strategy, branding, and performance analytics.
• Experience appearing on camera or directing presenters is a plus.
• Basic motion-graphics and animation skills are an advantage.
