Video Content Creator – Videography & Video Editing

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on skills in videography and video editing, who can independently handle video shoots as well as post-production. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of visual storytelling, framing, lighting, camera handling, editing, transitions, sound, and creating content suitable for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute video shoots for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and client projects.
• Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, composition, and basic audio requirements.
• Shoot professional-quality videos, reels, promotional videos, product videos, corporate content, and other digital content.
• Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos suitable for various digital platforms.
• Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media creatives.
• Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, color correction, and basic motion graphics where required.
• Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual style across different projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients, when required, to understand video concepts and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and final video assets.
• Stay updated with current video content trends, social media formats, editing styles, and creative concepts.
• Suggest creative ideas and new formats to improve audience engagement.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
• Good knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and composition.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles and visual storytelling.
• Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, sound editing, and typography.
• Ability to create engaging short-form and social media video content.
• Good creative sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a creative/digital marketing team.
