Video Creative Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced video professional to evaluate AI-generated videos based on technical quality, visual accuracy, creative execution, and language suitability. The candidate will review videos against established quality standards, identify defects, and provide clear feedback to ensure the videos meet the required criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated videos based on established quality standards and evaluation guidelines.
• Identify visual defects, including distorted objects, unnatural movements, inconsistent appearances, flickering, and other generation errors.
• Assess video composition, framing, lighting, editing, transitions, and pacing.
• Evaluate on-screen text, subtitles, and narration for language accuracy, readability, and cultural appropriateness.
• Record evaluation results, assign scores, and document identified issues consistently.
• Provide clear written feedback explaining video quality issues and areas for improvement.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards across the review team.
• Review complex cases and provide detailed assessments when video quality issues are unclear.

About you

• 3–7 years of experience in video production, video editing, post-production, visual effects, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of video quality, composition, lighting, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to identify visual defects and inconsistencies in AI-generated videos.
• Native or near-native fluency in the target market's language, with a strong understanding of local culture.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines.
• Strong written communication skills to document findings and explain quality issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks within the required timelines.
• Experience in video quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), annotation, or content evaluation (preferred).
• Familiarity with generative AI video or image tools (preferred).
• Experience reviewing advertising creatives or other professional video content (preferred).
