【 Candidate Profile】

• Experience: 3–7 years in video production, post-production, or visual effects, with substantial hands-on time on finished video deliverables. A degree or industry-recognised credential in a relevant field is welcome; equivalent professional experience is equally welcome.
• Discriminative Skills: You can reliably spot craft faults and generation artifacts at normal playback speed, and you can articulate why something reads as broken rather than merely unusual.

Domain Expertise In 1 Or More Of The Following

• Visual effects, compositing, or roto/matchmove work
• Video editing and post-production finishing
• Direction or production of short-form video
• Motion graphics and on-screen typography
• Audio post, voice-over direction, or mix
• Language & Cultural Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in the language of the market you review, with the cultural grounding to judge whether copy, tone and content actually land there.
• Attention to Detail: You can apply a detailed rubric the same way on the hundredth video as on the first, including the parts that require pausing, zooming, or re-listening to verify a figure or claim.
• Communication Skills: Concise, specific written feedback — what is wrong, why it matters, and what would have to change.
• Reliability & Time Management: Comfortable working independently to a regular cadence without close supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Prior annotation, rating, or QC experience in a structured review queue
• Hands-on exposure to generative video or image tools
• Experience reviewing or approving advertising creative

【 Responsibilities】

• Structured Quality Evaluation: Assess generated videos against a detailed rubric, applying sequenced pass/fail checks and scored judgements. Record what is wrong precisely and consistently, so the same fault is always captured the same way.
• Visual Effects & Craft Review: Judge composition, framing, lighting, editing and pacing, and identify generation artifacts on the focal subject — warping, morphing, identity shifts, broken physics, strobing — distinguishing a severe sustained defect from a minor incidental one.
• Language & Cultural Review: Assess on-screen copy and narration for native-quality language, readability at normal playback speed, and cultural fit. Flag anything mistranslated, culturally off, or wrong for your market.
• Calibration & Written Rationale: Take part in calibration sessions, give clear written reasoning on borderline calls, and surface problems the framework does not yet let you flag.
• Consistency at Senior Level: Act as a dependable reference point on difficult cases and help the wider review group converge on a shared standard.
