Job Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other social media platforms.
• Produce creative content showcasing the company’s culture, workplace environment, employee benefits, team activities, and daily office life.
• Develop fun, fresh, and trendy video ideas that highlight the company’s branding, work environment, and employee experience.
• Create property-related content featuring property projects, agent lifestyles, team achievements, sales activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Capture and edit employee interviews, office tours, team challenges, event highlights, and lifestyle content to attract potential employees and audiences.
• Keep up with trending audio, video formats, transitions, editing styles, and social media trends, especially Xiaohongshu-style content.
• Handle end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, adding subtitles, selecting music, and preparing content for publishing.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to produce content for agent recruitment campaigns, employer branding, company promotions, and agent personal branding.
• Ensure all video content is visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand image.
• Assist in photography, event coverage, and other creative content production when required.

Requirements

• Proficient in video shooting and editing, with a good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
• Familiar with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other relevant editing software.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) content styles and trends.
• Creative, energetic, and willing to experiment with fresh ideas and unconventional content formats.
• Able to speak and write for Mandar!n contents
• Comfortable filming people, conducting casual interviews, and capturing behind-the-scenes footage.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple content tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of video content is required for consideration.
