Our video documentation teams go on site at hospitals and capture a complete visual record of what's on the shelves, which becomes the foundation for the counts and analysis our clients rely on. It's precise, detail-driven work, and the footage our specialists capture is the product.

Overview

We are hiring Video Documentation Specialists for a project starting in October. Specialists capture high-quality video documentation of hospital inventories using GoPro cameras, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accurate representation of each item.

This project runs in short blocks over several weeks, and the crew travels together from hospital to hospital. All travel is covered, including flights, hotel, and rental car, plus a daily per diem. Pay is $200 guaranteed per day.

Some positions cover the full schedule and some are shorter. Beyond this project, we run ongoing work in the New Jersey and New York metro area that our team members sign up for on the dates that fit their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Navigate various hospital departments and areas, recording detailed video footage of inventory items using a GoPro camera.
• Ensure all items are captured clearly, taking care to capture labels, barcodes, and any other relevant details.
• Coordinate with on-site hospital personnel as necessary to access specific inventory areas or items.
• Collaborate with off-site personnel to review footage and confirm the absence of errors or omissions.
• Adhere to all hospital guidelines and protocols, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Address any discrepancies or issues with immediate supervisors.
• Maintain open communication with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail is essential.
• Videography experience. Must be shown on your resume.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is mandatory.
• Able to travel, including flying, and to work weekdays.
• Able to complete onboarding quickly, including a background check and a short HIPAA training, before the project starts.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with hospital staff and off-site team members.
• Familiarity with using a GoPro camera, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience in inventory or hospital environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and professionalism standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.

Pay: $200.00 per day
