Job Summary:
We're currently hiring a talented Social Media Manager and Video Editor to join our team and help bring our content to life. You'll take raw video footage and turn it into polished, publish-ready content, then manage its release across our social channels. This is a strong fit for someone who pairs solid editing skills with a feel for social media and can work independently once shown the ropes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished, publish-ready videos
• Handle posting and publishing of finished content across social media channels
• Manage a recurring content workflow, from raw footage handoff through to the final published post
• Deliver edited content within agreed timeframes
• Keep a consistent visual style and quality across all videos and posts
• Communicate proactively about progress, turnaround times, and any questions
• Work independently after initial training, with minimal ongoing supervision

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven video editing experience for social media, backed by a strong portfolio
• Comfortable managing and publishing content across social media platforms
• Able to work flexibly around a recurring content handoff schedule and meet turnaround deadlines
• Dependable, precise, and self-sufficient
• Strong communication skills, with clear updates on progress and turnaround

Preferred Skills:

• Background in content creation or personal branding
• Quick learner who can pick up workflows with light initial guidance
• Comfortable taking on more hours and responsibility as trust builds
• Familiarity with best practices for posting and scheduling on social platforms
