Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled AI Video Editor to join our Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form videos using traditional video editing techniques and AI-powered tools for our US-facing wellness brand, Raseva.

The content will be used across TikTok Shop, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos from raw footage, including hooks, cuts, captions, pacing, sound design, and transitions.
• Create AI-generated videos, B-rolls, voiceovers, and avatars using AI video tools.
• Combine AI-generated content with traditional video footage.
• Create multiple video variations for A/B testing and marketing campaigns.
• Adapt videos according to US audience preferences, social media trends, and platform requirements.
• Ensure video content meets advertising platform policies and wellness-related compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or similar tools.
• Understanding of TikTok Shop, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video trends.
• Good understanding of US social media trends and digital marketing content.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating both traditional video editing and AI-generated video work is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Flexibility to work with some US time-zone overlap, including occasional evening IST calls.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and deliver videos within deadlines.
• Willingness to complete a short video editing assignment as part of the selection process.
