ROLE OVERVIEW

Mansa Web Solutions is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor & AI Content Creator Intern who is interested in video editing, AI-generated content, and social media.

The intern will primarily work on short-form video editing and AI content creation, while gaining practical exposure to basic graphic design, influencer marketing, and LinkedIn content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, and short-form content.
• Create AI-generated videos, visuals, scenes, and creative concepts using modern AI tools.
• Assist in combining real footage with AI-generated visuals.
• Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
• Assist with basic video shooting using a smartphone or camera when required.
• Develop reel ideas, concepts, storyboards, and shot ideas.
• Create basic social media graphics, thumbnails, posters, and digital creatives.
• Assist with influencer outreach, communication, and campaign coordination.
• Support LinkedIn personal branding through videos, graphics, and post creatives.
• Research current AI, video editing, Instagram, and social media trends.
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative formats.
• Coordinate with the marketing and management team on campaigns and brand activities.
• Maintain brand consistency across video and visual content.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of video editing.
• Interest in AI video and image generation tools.
• Basic understanding of AI prompting and content creation.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
• Good creative sense and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

ELIGIBILITY

• Students, freshers, and candidates from any educational background can apply.
• A degree or diploma is not mandatory.
• Prior experience is not mandatory.
• Candidates will be evaluated primarily on their skills, creativity, learning ability, and portfolio.
• A portfolio, showreel, personal projects, or sample edits will be preferred.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in video editing, AI content creation, and social media.

The ideal candidate should be creative, curious, trend-aware, willing to experiment with new AI tools, and eager to gain hands-on experience in creating professional digital content.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
