About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Editor (AI UGC Ads) to join a fast-moving creative team supporting a growing portfolio of U.S.-based DTC e-commerce brands across apparel, supplements, premium food, and other consumer products.

This is a pure editing role. You’ll focus on transforming AI-generated video clips and creative assets into polished, performance-ready advertisements for Facebook and Instagram (Meta).

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high volumes of AI-generated UGC video advertisements
• Cut, pace, polish, and format videos for paid social media
• Add captions, text overlays, sound, and other finishing elements
• Create variations of winning ads for continuous testing
• Keep projects, versions, and deliverables organized across multiple brands
• Follow established creative guidelines and production workflows
• Work efficiently within an AI-first creative production pipeline
• Maintain consistent quality while handling a high volume of creative assets

• Proven experience editing direct-response or paid social advertisements
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Strong instincts for:

• Pacing
• Captions
• Audience retention
• Familiarity with AI-generated content workflows
• Highly organized, reliable, and responsive
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and high-volume creative production
• Strong attention to detail and consistency

Bonus Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• UGC or talking-head ad editing
• DTC e-commerce brands
• Supplements
• Apparel
• Food and consumer products
• AI video generation tools
• Performance-focused creative testing

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means helping the creative team produce more ads, faster, with fewer revisions, while maintaining consistent quality as the brand portfolio grows.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where creative output, efficiency, and continuous testing are important.

Compensation

• ₱32,000 per month during the probationary period
• Up to ₱36,000 per month after successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, subject to satisfactory performance and positive feedback, plus applicable benefits and bonuses
• Up to ₱40,000 per month after completing 24 months with the company, subject to continued satisfactory performance, positive feedback, and achievement of agreed-upon scorecard metrics
