Video Editor & AI Content Creator

About the Role

Vyn Tech Consulting is looking for a talented Video Editor & AI Content Creator to join our creative team at our Adajan studio in Surat. This role combines strong traditional editing skills (pacing, sound design, color, and storytelling) with modern generative AI tools to produce scroll-stopping short-form content and high-performing ad creatives for brands.

You'll work directly with our in-house production team to concept, edit, and deliver content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.

Important: This is a full-time, on-site position. There is no remote, work-from-home, or hybrid option. We are only considering candidates currently living in Surat who can commute daily to our office in Adajan.

What you'll do

Video Editing & Motion Design

• Edit raw footage into fast-paced, retention-focused videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
• Create kinetic typography, custom lower thirds, transitions, and sound design that match each brand's identity
• Handle color correction and grading, audio cleanup, voice leveling, and final mastering

Generative AI Content

• Use AI video and image tools to create B-roll, backgrounds, visual concepts, and creative variations quickly
• Produce AI voiceovers, voice clones, auto-synced subtitles, and AI avatar videos for ad campaigns
• Stay current with new AI tools and bring better, faster workflows to the team

Performance & Iteration

• Review ad performance data (hook rate, 3-second views, average view duration, conversions) and produce new creative variations to test
• Maintain an organized library of audio tracks, AI prompts, project files, templates, and export presets

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• 3 to 4 years of professional video editing experience at an agency, media studio, or fast-growing brand
• A strong portfolio showing hooks, pacing, sound design, and vertical short-form storytelling
• Proven experience using AI-generated assets in finished, published videos
• Ability to turn raw talking-head or long-form footage into tight, engaging short-form reels
• Strong eye for color, typography, framing, and composition
• Good understanding of what performs on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube right now
• Currently residing in Surat and able to work from our Adajan office every working day

Tools You Should Know

• Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (multicam, audio normalization, LUTs, multi-format export)
• Motion & Design: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (kinetic text, masking, tracking, compositing, thumbnails)
• AI Video & Image: Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Luma (prompting, style consistency, camera motion, upscaling, inpainting)
• AI Voice & Avatars: ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Descript, Topaz (voice cloning, transcription workflows, video enhancement)

You don't need to be an expert in every tool listed, but you should be highly skilled in at least one editing suite and actively using AI tools in your work today.
