Video Editor and Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for educational, promotional, and branding purposes across digital and offline platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of video storytelling, graphic design principles, and branding execution.

• Edit and produce high-quality educational videos, promotional content, testimonials, reels, and social media videos
• Create visually compelling graphic designs for digital and print use
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and color correction to enhance video quality
• Ensure videos are optimized according to platform-specific requirements for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches
• Design and execute branding materials including light boards, flex, vinyl, and sunboard creatives
• Support event branding activities, including on-ground and promotional visual requirements
• Maintain brand consistency across all video and graphic outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in editing educational content, promotional videos, testimonials, reels, and social media videos
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound editing, and color correction
• Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for various digital platforms
• Excellent storytelling skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Light Board, Flex, Vinyl, and Sunboard installations and branding-related design work
• Experience or understanding of event branding activities
• Prior experience in the education or coaching industry will be an added advantage
