Video Editor & Motion Designer

The scroll stops somewhere. We want to make sure it stops on us. House Of Prama has a bold, expressive visual identity. Now we're looking for someone who can bring it to life in motion. We're looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer with an instinct for storytelling, rhythm and the little creative decisions that make people watch, feel and remember. Our visual language is still evolving, which means there's room to experiment, challenge conventions and shape how an entire brand moves.

What you'll do

• Edit approximately 4 short-form videos per week, including reels, promotional content and brand storytelling.
• Transform raw footage, audio, illustrations and existing assets into engaging, cohesive videos.
• Use pacing, sound design, subtitles, transitions and motion graphics to strengthen storytelling.
• Create simple animations, kinetic typography and moving visual elements aligned with House Of Prama's identity.
• Contribute creative ideas for video formats, transitions and storytelling approaches.
• Incorporate feedback, refine edits and deliver platform-ready videos within agreed timelines.

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating short-form video editing and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent tools.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools such as After Effects or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of pacing, sound, typography, composition and visual flow.
• Ability to shape raw footage and creative briefs into compelling, coherent content.
• Familiarity with Instagram reels, short-form video formats and current content trends.
• Attention to detail, independent time management and openness to feedback.
• Bengaluru-based preferred; remote applicants are welcome.

Nature of Engagement This is a part-time, paid creative role with an expected output of approximately 4 edited videos per week. - Work arrangement: Remote-friendly, with Bengaluru-based applicants preferred. - Deliverables: Approximately 4 short-form videos per week, scoped according to complexity. - Timelines: Mutually agreed upon through weekly creative planning. - Collaboration: Regular feedback and coordination with the creative team. - Production: Raw footage, brand assets and creative direction provided by House Of Prama, with opportunities to contribute original concepts.
