Video Editor & Podcast Production Assistant

Working Hours: 09:00–17:00 (flexible; occasional evening or weekend shoots)
Salary: IDR 4,500,000–5,000,000/month (starting salary)
Equipment: Laptop provided by the company

About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor who is also willing to be hands-on during podcast shoots and assist with the production process.

You will split your time between on-site production, helping with episode preparation and filming, and post-production, editing all footage into short-form and long-form content for social media and YouTube.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Canggu, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Assist with podcast shoots, including camera setup, audio checks, lighting, and general on-site production support
• Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube
• Create short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design thumbnails and edit when needed
• Organize and manage raw footage and project files
• Help identify content ideas and trends that could be captured during filming

Requirements

• Basic English proficiency, especially reading and writing
• Experience using video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Basic editing skills using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Responsible, punctual, and comfortable with a flexible shooting schedule
• Based in Canggu, Bali, or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

• A portfolio or examples of previous editing work (personal projects are welcome)
• Familiarity with podcast and YouTube content trends
• Basic knowledge of camera and audio equipment
