Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content Production

• Assist the Video & Content Editor throughout the video production process.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Transform Zoom recordings, webinars, interviews, and raw footage into engaging video content.
• Add subtitles, captions, background music, transitions, and basic visual effects.
• Use our in-house AI translation tools to generate multilingual subtitles and perform basic lip-sync adjustments.
• Upload and organize completed video files in the Cloud.

Website & Digital Content Support

• Assist in updating videos, speaker profiles, and multimedia content on the company website.
• Ensure digital content remains accurate, organized, and aligned with company branding.

Brand & Creative Support

• Maintain consistency in visual identity, including logos, colours, fonts, and branding.
• Organize video footage and creative assets for efficient collaboration.
• Support the Marketing Team with creative content whenever required.

Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Explore new AI tools and creative techniques to enhance video production.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, or similar video editing software.
• Creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to manage deadlines and work effectively in a team.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (spoken and written) to support multilingual video content creation, video editing and communication.
• A portfolio or sample of previous editing work will be an added advantage.
