VIDEO EDITOR — CHELLA BOYS

We’re looking for a Video Editor to join the Chella Boys team as we build this brand from the ground up.

This is NOT a traditional corporate editing job. We’re producing a lot of content — 5–10 videos on some days — so we need someone who is fast, creative, reliable, and actually understands social media.

WHAT YOU’LL BE EDITING

Short-form content for:

* Instagram Reels

* TikTok

* YouTube Shorts

* Travel / IRL content

* Comedy & reaction content

* Couple/family content

* Street interviews & challenges

* Longer-form content as we grow

We don’t want someone who just cuts clips together. You need to understand hooks, pacing, captions, sound effects, zooms, transitions, memes, music, storytelling, and retention.

If we have to tell you where every cut, caption, sound effect, and transition goes, this probably isn’t the position for you.

WHAT WE NEED

We’re looking for someone who:

* Can handle fast turnaround times

* Can work with a high volume of footage

* Understands what performs on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

* Can take raw footage and turn it into entertaining content without needing constant instructions

* Communicates well and responds quickly

* Can take feedback without getting defensive

* Is dependable and wants to grow with a team

* Is comfortable working remotely

* Has a sense of humor and understands our style

No egos. No drama. No disappearing for two days with one video.

We move quickly, and we need someone who can move with us.

REMOTE + TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES

The position will be mostly remote.

However, as Chella Boys grows and we travel to different countries, there may be opportunities for you to join us on certain trips, depending on the destination and whether you’re able to travel there.

When you’re officially brought on one of those trips, your hotel, food, and agreed travel expenses will be covered by us.

MOST IMPORTANTLY

We’re building Chella Boys from the ground up.

We want someone who wants to become part of the team, not someone who looks at every video as another random freelance order.

You need to believe in what we’re building and want to grow with it.

If you’re looking for something slow-paced, need extremely detailed instructions for every edit, or can’t handle direct feedback, please don’t apply.

If you’re hungry, creative, fast, and want to help build something from the beginning, we want to hear from you.

To apply: Send us examples of your best short-form edits, tell us what software you use, your typical turnaround time, your location/time zone, and your availability.

Salary : 4000dh to 5000dh depending on experience.

Work Location: Remote
