About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, visuals, and sound, and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and other platforms.
• Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, and branded content.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and color correction.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Maintain consistent visual style and brand guidelines across all videos.
• Select the best footage and create compelling narratives with strong pacing.
• Review and incorporate feedback while meeting deadlines.
• Organize and maintain video files, project files, footage, and digital assets.
• Stay updated with current video-editing trends, social media formats, and visual styles.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and typography.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Experience editing promotional, corporate, educational, or influencer content.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your editing skills.
