VAMA.App is a digital platform bringing spiritual products, e-poojas, and temple services to millions of devotees worldwide. We are looking for a creative, speed-driven Video Editor to join our team. This role focuses on editing high-converting E-Commerce product ads, unboxing videos, product showcase reels, and performance marketing videos for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Youtube.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Video Editing: Edit short, fast-paced performance ad creatives, product unboxing videos, feature highlights, and customer testimonial videos for spiritual items (Puja Samagri, Siddh products, Yantras, crystals, etc.).
• Conversion-Driven Motion Graphics: Add engaging text overlays, price callouts, offer banners, kinetic typography, and clear Call-To-Action (CTA) elements to boost ad click-through rates (CTR).
• Ad Format Adaptation: Convert single video concepts into multiple aspect ratios optimized for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and App Install ads.
• Hook & Content Iteration: Cut multiple variations of video hooks (first 3 seconds) and CTAs to help the performance marketing team A/B test ad creatives.
• Color Correction & Audio: Perform basic color grading on product footage and polish audio tracks, background score, and voiceovers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0.6 months to 3 years editing performance ads or e-commerce video creatives (Showcase portfolio/showreel is mandatory).
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Desktop.
• E-Commerce Visual Sense: Good understanding of visual pacing, hook strategy, dynamic transitions, and e-commerce ad frameworks
• Speed & Agility: Ability to turn around multiple ad iterations quickly based on performance data.
