Deliverables

• Edit long-form YouTube videos to maintain clarity, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Create short-form clips optimized for social media and YouTube Shorts.
• Apply effective cuts, captions, and transitions to enhance viewer retention.
• Ensure all edits are consistent with the existing content style and brand guidelines.
• Communicate proactively regarding project timelines and deliverables.
• Submit work according to individual assignment deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing YouTube videos and short-form content, with a portfolio of relevant samples.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity.
• Ability to add captions, graphics, and effects as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.
