Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor with 36 years of professional experience in video editing and on-location video production. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete video production lifecyclefrom planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams to produce engaging, high-quality content for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, corporate communication, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and corporate communication.
• Capture professional footage using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit long-form and short-form videos including Reels, YouTube videos, promotional films, testimonials, interviews, product videos, and advertisements.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and sound synchronization.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and visual effects where required.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Content teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
• Maintain organized project files, raw footage, and backup archives.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI-powered editing tools, and social media content formats.
• Travel to client locations, company events, or outdoor shoots whenever required.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Audition.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, gimbals, microphones, and video accessories.
• Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, camera movements, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of video codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings for different platforms.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital content formats.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Communication, or any related field.
• 36 years of relevant experience in video editing and video production.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing and shooting capabilities is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Basic photography knowledge.
• Experience with drones is an added advantage.
• Understanding of AI-assisted editing tools and workflow automation.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
