Role

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Create engaging videos for campaigns, product launches, storytelling, and brand content.
• Turn raw footage into fast-paced, visually compelling stories.
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, motion graphics, captions, and other elements that elevate the content.
• Understand current social-media trends and adapt editing styles accordingly.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop video concepts and execute them.
• Maintain EcoNate’s visual identity and premium brand aesthetic.
• Experiment with new editing styles, formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of video editing and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Good sense of pacing, music, composition, typography, and transitions.
• Understanding of Instagram/YouTube content formats and trends.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment.
• Ability to take feedback and deliver revisions quickly.
• A strong portfolio/showreel is preferred.

Bonus Points

• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Experience creating content for brands or startups.
• Basic knowledge of cinematography and color grading.
• Ability to shoot or direct content when required.
• Interest in sustainability, branding, and social impact.
