Video Editor

Main purpose of the position:

REVOLVE is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to support the Content

Creation team in developing both long- and short-form content. This role is responsible for

editing high-quality on-brand video content across social media, YouTube, merchandise and

retail channels for REVOLVE, FWRD, and owned brands. The ideal candidate has a strong

understanding of platform-specific editing best practices and can adapt content for different

audiences and formats. As an extension of the internal creative team, this editor will support

post-production by delivering engaging, on-brand content, managing multiple projects in a

fast-paced environment, and maintaining a high standard of creative quality.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social, YouTube, editorial,
• and branded campaigns.
• Adapt edits to meet platform-specific best practices (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube,
• etc.).
• Assemble footage, incorporate music, sound design, motion graphics, and color to create
• engaging content.
• Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and stakeholders to implement feedback and
• revisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced
• environment.
• Organize project files and maintain post-production workflows using internal systems.
• Ensure all deliverables align with REVOLVE's brand standards and creative direction.
• Support the internal editing team by providing additional post-production capacity as
• needed.

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills,

software, etc):

• 2-3+ years of professional video editing experience in a creative agency, brand,
• production company, or media environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required); experience with Adobe After Effects,
• Photoshop, and Frame.io preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and platform
• specific editing best practices.
• Experience editing both short-form and long-form content for social, YouTube,
• campaigns, and branded content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
• environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams
• while incorporating feedback.
• Must provide a portfolio
