We are looking for a talented Video Editor who can bring our residential projects to life through compelling visuals and engaging video content. The candidate will play a key role in creating marketing materials that enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Video Editing
• Edit project walkthrough videos, site progress videos, and promotional content
• Create engaging reels, ads, and social media videos
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and visual enhancements
• Coordinate with marketing team for storytelling and campaign execution
• Collaboration Execution:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing creatives
• Basic understanding of real estate marketing is a plus

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
