Kandy is a full-stack growth partner for eCommerce DTC brands, helping businesses scale through paid ads, high-performing creatives, email, landing pages and strategy.

We're looking for a Mid - Senior AI Video Editor to create performance-driven paid social ads using strong editing skills and AI-generated content.

Most of what we create is generated rather than traditionally filmed — AI UGC, avatars, B-roll, animation, voice and product visuals. We're looking for someone who understands not only how to make an ad look good, but why it performs.

What you'll do

• Own paid social creatives from brief to final export
• Create AI UGC, talking heads, B-roll, product demos and animations
• Edit short- and long-form performance ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
• Use hooks, pacing, sound design and storytelling to improve retention and conversion
• Make independent creative decisions when something isn't working
• Experiment with new AI tools, models and workflows

What we're looking for

• Strong video editing fundamentals and a portfolio to prove it
• Strong Premiere Pro skills; After Effects is a plus
• Hands-on experience with AI video, image and/or voice generation
• Understanding of performance marketing, hooks, retention and conversion
• Strong creative judgment, attention to detail and sense of pacing
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Bonus: Experience with Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen or similar, especially in DTC / paid social / performance marketing.
