About ChennaiNest

ChennaiNest is a Chennai-focused rental property discovery platform using Instagram, WhatsApp and technology to help tenants discover rental homes and connect with properties quickly.

• Create strong opening hooks using rent, location, property type and key features.
• Add captions, subtitles, text overlays, music and appropriate transitions.
• Create attractive Reel covers/thumbnails.
• Maintain consistent ChennaiNest branding across videos.
• Edit videos quickly enough for properties to be published while they are still available.
• Receive and organize footage through Google Drive/cloud storage.
• Repurpose existing property footage into additional content.
• Create area guides, rental tips, comparison videos and other non-listing content.
• Prepare Stories and other short-form assets when required.
• Maintain an organized content library and editing workflow.
• Coordinate with the content creator regarding missing footage or additional shots.

• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks and retention.
• Good typography and text-placement skills.
• Ability to make simple footage look clean and professional.
• Fast editing and turnaround skills.
• Understanding of Instagram's 9:16 format.
• Real-estate/social-media editing experience is an advantage.

• A suitable editing laptop/desktop.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Required editing software.
• Ability to communicate and deliver files on schedule.
