About the role

• We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor / Videographer with 2–3+ years of relevant experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full video production process, from concept development and filming to editing and post-production. If you have a strong eye for visual storytelling, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Planning

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for various video projects, including corporate videos, advertisements, social media content, interviews, and events.
• Conduct location scouting and assess technical requirements and potential production challenges.
• Prepare, inspect, and maintain production equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, gimbals, sliders, and drones.

Video Production

• Handle camera operation, composition, lighting, and professional audio recording in both studio and on-location environments.
• Direct and coordinate on-camera talent, presenters, and other production participants to achieve the desired results.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during production and resolve problems efficiently to ensure smooth execution.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into engaging, polished, and visually compelling videos aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Perform color correction and color grading, as well as audio mixing and mastering, to ensure high-quality final output.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, visual effects, and sound effects where appropriate.
• Select and incorporate suitable, properly licensed music and audio assets.
• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and production materials using a structured workflow.

Project Management & Creative Development

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality.
• Stay up to date with the latest video production trends, tools, technologies, and creative techniques.
• Present completed work, gather feedback, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or in a similar role, with a strong Portfolio / Showreel demonstrating a variety of work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Media Arts, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of video cameras, lenses, and equipment, with the ability to select the appropriate setup for different production requirements.
• Good understanding of lighting techniques, including 3-point lighting and natural lighting, as well as professional audio recording.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of video codecs, file formats, compression, and production workflows.
• Strong creative thinking and a good eye for visual storytelling, composition, and detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and creative approaches.
