Role Summary

The Video Editor is a hands-on content creator responsible for producing engaging, platform-native content across digital channels. The role focuses on shooting, editing, and delivering short-form video and visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Shoot short-form videos, reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content

• Capture campus life, events, workshops, launches, and student moments

Editing & Optimisation

• Edit content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

• Add subtitles, transitions, and music

On-Ground & Real-Time Content

• Capture real-time content during events and activations

• Support quick-turnaround campaign requirements

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Social Media & Digital Manager and content teams

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media roles

Skills:

- Strong mobile video shooting skills

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or Final Cut

• Good visual sense and storytelling ability

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-ground environments

Education

Bachelors degree in Media, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred

Relevant experience may substitute formal education
