Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at ZaRad & Co. The Video Editor will manage the end-to-end post-production process, including assembling raw footage, arranging scenes, and refining visual storytelling to align with brand and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include editing video content for various digital channels, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics or visual assets to enhance engagement. The role involves collaborating with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to understand project goals, interpret briefs, and deliver timely, polished video content. The Video Editor will organize project files, maintain consistent formatting and standards, and optimize video outputs for multiple platforms and formats.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing projects from raw footage to final export.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics into video projects to support storytelling and branding.
• Experience working with Graphics and visual assets, including overlays, titles, and basic design elements.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Strong sense of pacing, narrative structure, and attention to detail in audio and visual alignment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video editing and motion graphics work; experience in digital marketing or agency environments is an advantage.
