Video Editor

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands modern social media content and knows how to transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Create engaging edits using motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips.
• Collaborate with content strategists and designers to produce platform-specific content.
• Ensure videos align with each client's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Organize project files and deliver content within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest editing styles, trends, and platform best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, audience retention, and platform algorithms.
• Ability to add captions, animations, music, and graphics that improve engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with personal brands, podcasts, or marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and branding.
• Understanding of social media content strategy and audience behavior.
