Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience to join our

on-site marketing/creative team in Noida. The ideal candidate should be comfortable editing short-form and

long-form content, creating engaging social media videos, reels, promotional videos and marketing creatives, and

working closely with the marketing and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, LinkedIn videos, short-form content and promotional videos.
• Create engaging video content using cuts, transitions, captions, motion graphics, music and sound effects.
• Edit corporate, product, service, testimonial, explainer and campaign videos as required.
• Add subtitles, text overlays, brand elements, animations and visual effects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Select and organize raw footage, audio, graphics and other assets for efficient editing.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, SEO and Design teams to understand briefs and deliver videos on time.
• Adapt videos into different formats, aspect ratios and durations for various social media platforms.
• Maintain consistency in video quality, visual storytelling, pacing, audio and overall presentation.
• Take feedback constructively and make revisions within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated with current video-editing styles, social media trends, formats and content best practices.

Required Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro – strong working knowledge.
• Adobe After Effects – basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and effects.
• Good understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, typography and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of color correction/grading and audio editing.
• Ability to edit content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Good creative sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand a brief and independently convert it into an engaging video.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple video requirements.

Good to Have

• Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or other modern editing tools.
• Basic motion graphics, animation and visual effects skills.
• Experience creating performance-marketing or paid-ad videos.
• Understanding of social media trends, hooks, retention and short-form storytelling.
• Basic graphic-design knowledge.

Eligibility

• 1–1.5 years of relevant professional video-editing experience.
• Candidates should have a portfolio/showreel demonstrating recent editing work.
• Candidates must be comfortable working on-site from Noida Sector 63.
• Strong communication, ownership and willingness to learn are expected.
