Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, good understanding of social media content, and the ability to turn raw footage into engaging, professional videos.

You will be responsible for editing videos for our social media platforms, marketing campaigns, promotional content, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing.
• Create engaging videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Edit reels, promotional videos, advertisements, tutorials, and branded content.
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, captions, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Ensure videos follow the company’s branding and visual style.
• Select and organise the best footage from raw recordings.
• Create attention-grabbing openings/hooks suitable for social media.
• Work with the marketing and content team to understand video requirements.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final videos within agreed deadlines.
• Keep up to date with current video editing and social media trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.
• Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
• Strong sense of timing, composition, transitions, and storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging and professional content from raw footage.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset and willingness to bring new ideas to the content.
