Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Senior Video Editor who can transform raw footage into scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and ad creatives. The ideal candidate should understand storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, retention editing, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns

Create engaging Reels, Shorts, ad creatives, and promotional videos

Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects.

Maintain brand consistency across all video content

Work closely with the content, marketing, and design team

Optimize videos for audience retention and engagement

Handle fast turnaround projects while maintaining quality

Stay updated with latest editing styles, trends, and platform algorithms

Manage project files and maintain organized workflow.

Requirements

3+ years of professional video editing experience

Strong portfolio of social media edits, ads, or cinematic edits

Proficiency in:

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects

DaVinci Resolve (preferred)

Photoshop / Illustrator basics

Strong understanding of:

Color grading

Sound design

Motion graphics

Retention-based editing

Social media pacing

Experience editing finance, trading, or educational content is a plus

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of AI tools for editing/workflow

Experience with YouTube retention editing

Understanding of branding and visual storytelling

Creative mindset with attention to detail
