Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating scroll-stopping video content that drives engagement and conversions for various digital campaigns. You will handle editing tasks that include cutting and assembling footage, adding motion graphics, transitions, and animated text, as well as producing AI-assisted video content by integrating innovative workflows. The role demands a good understanding of pacing, storytelling elements, and hooks essential for direct-response video marketing. While managing individual projects without direct team oversight, you must effectively incorporate feedback and meet strict deadlines, demonstrating professionalism and creativity throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Edit video sales letters (VSLs) and short-form video ads tailored for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design and create motion graphics, animated text, and seamless transitions to enhance video impact.
• Produce AI-assisted video content and expertly integrate it into final video edits to maintain cohesive storytelling.
• Utilize AI scripting and content workflow tools like Claude to support and optimize the editing process.
• Apply sound design elements including audio mixing, add captions, and perform color correction to improve video quality.
• Revise and polish video edits based on creative feedback while adhering to fixed delivery schedules.
• Maintain high-quality output under monitored work hours from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives and contribute ideas for campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver a showreel or portfolio that reflects expertise in ad and social video editing.
• Ensure all video assets comply with brand guidelines and digital platform requirements.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
