Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging and high-quality video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional activities. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to convert concepts and raw footage into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, brand videos, advertisements, and social media content.
• Handle video cutting, transitions, sound synchronization, color correction, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
• Add music, sound effects, text overlays, animations, and other visual elements as required.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, SEO/Content Team, and Marketing Team to develop content aligned with brand objectives.
• Adapt videos into different formats, durations, and aspect ratios for various platforms.
• Maintain consistency in brand style, visual identity, and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain video files, project files, footage, and creative assets.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, and content styles.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, transitions, audio, and color correction.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
• Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film Making, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising, or content production will be an advantage.
• Portfolio/showreel is preferred.
