About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality videos for property promotions, social media, digital campaigns, and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit property walkthroughs, project videos, reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and short-form videos.
• Add music, transitions, text, subtitles, graphics, effects, and voiceovers.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Create videos that effectively highlight property features, amenities, locations, and USPs.
• Edit raw footage from property shoots, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand style, quality, and visual identity.
• Stay updated with current video trends, social media formats, and editing techniques.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within deadlines.
• Organize and maintain video files, footage, and project assets.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, transitions, colour correction, and sound editing.
• Ability to create engaging and trend-based social media content.
• Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: 1–3 years in video editing; experience in real estate or digital marketing will be preferred.
• Qualification: Any graduate / diploma / certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Portfolio: Candidates should have a portfolio or previous work samples.

• Good understanding of current Instagram Reel and social media trends.
• Strong visual sense and storytelling ability.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
