Key responsibilities

● Edit reels and short videos with tight pacing, strong hooks, on-screen text, and sound design optimized for social.

● Cut from raw footage to rough and final cuts; add transitions, captions, supers, and light motion where needed.

● Perform color correction and grading to maintain consistent, on-brand looks across content.

● Mix and clean audio; balance dialogue, music, and SFX for clarity in mobile-first playback. ● Manage project files, proxies, assets, and versioning with clean folder structures and naming.

● Export to platform-specific specs; deliver masters, caption files, and thumbnail frames.

● Collaborate with the content/marketing team on briefs, storyboards, shot selects, and creative variations.

● Stay current on short-form trends, effects, and editing styles to inform creative testing.

Must-have skills

● Strong understanding of editing reels/shorts for social: hooks in first 2–3 seconds, jump cuts, beat-matched cuts, and text-led storytelling.

● Proficiency in at least one: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

● Solid color fundamentals: exposure, white balance, skin tones, LUTs, and secondary corrections.

● Working knowledge of captions, typography, and basic motion for social readability.

● Attention to detail, organization, and fast turnaround under tight timelines. Good to have ● Basic After Effects or motion graphics for titles, lower thirds, and kinetic text.

● Experience with LUT creation, camera log workflows, and noise reduction.

● Familiarity with social platform best practices, aspect ratios, and bitrate/export settings. Eligibility and details

● Relevant experience or a portfolio demonstrating strong short-form editing.

● Full time and Internship, both available; in office (flexible timings for college students)

● Portfolio or links to 4–6 recent reels/shorts edited required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
