Ltd. is a real estate company in Odisha offering residential and commercial properties, including plots, duplexes, simplex houses, and apartments, across Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, and other districts. The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Video / Reels Editor to produce engaging property videos and reels for the company’s digital and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit property videos, walkthroughs, and project promotional videos.
• Create short-form reels and videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Add motion graphics, text animation, music, voice-over, and subtitles.
• Colour-correct and edit footage shot on camera, mobile, or drone.
• Deliver videos in the right formats and resolutions for each platform.
• Coordinate with the social media and design teams and meet content deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Video Editing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve (CapCut for reels).
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and trending reel formats.
• A portfolio or showreel is mandatory for consideration.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Basic videography skills are an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
