We are looking for a creative Graphics Designer & AI Video Generator who can create high-quality social media creatives, promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and marketing content using modern graphic design and AI video-generation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Generate videos using AI video-generation tools from text prompts and scripts.
• Create promotional, corporate, product and service videos.
• Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, thumbnails and marketing creatives.
• Convert ideas/scripts into engaging visual content.
• Add text, animation, transitions, voice-over, music and subtitles to videos.
• Create 10–60 second reels suitable for social media.
• Edit AI-generated videos and improve their quality.
• Maintain consistent branding, fonts, colours and visual style.
• Create multiple creative variations for advertisements and campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements.
• Follow current social media video trends and creative styles.
• Manage multiple creative requirements and deliver work within deadlines.

• CapCut
• Canva Video
• Basic motion graphics and animation

AI Video / AI Creative Tools
Candidate should have experience with one or more AI tools such as:

• Runway
• Kling
• Veo
• Sora
• Pika
• Hailuo
• Luma
• HeyGen / similar AI avatar tools
• AI voice-generation tools
• AI image-generation tools

The exact AI tools can change; strong prompt-writing and the ability to learn new AI tools are more important.

Candidate Should Be Able To

• Write effective AI video prompts.
• Generate realistic and attractive AI scenes.
• Create consistent characters/products across scenes.
• Convert a written script into a complete video.
• Understand 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 formats.
• Create videos optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Select appropriate music, sound effects and voice-over.
• Understand basic storytelling and visual composition.
• Produce professional-looking content quickly using AI + traditional editing.

Important Requirement

This is not only a graphic-design position.

The candidate should be comfortable with:

Idea → Script → AI Prompt → Image/Video Generation → Editing → Voice-over → Music → Captions → Final Social Media Reel

Deliverables

The designer may be required to create:

• 10–30 sec promotional reels
• 30–60 sec marketing videos
• Product/service explainer videos
• AI-generated promotional videos
• Social media posts
• Ad creatives
• YouTube thumbnails
• Corporate videos
• Festival/occasion creatives
• Client-specific marketing videos

Qualification

• Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication or related field preferred.
• Strong portfolio is more important than qualification.

For highly skilled candidates with strong AI video-generation expertise, salary can be negotiated.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio containing:

• Graphic design samples
• At least 3–5 short video/reel samples
• AI-generated video samples, if available
• Social media creatives
• Advertisement/video samples
