About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, editing, motion graphics, and social-media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, ads, and brand content.
• Design creative motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
• Add text animations, subtitles, sound effects, music, and other elements to enhance videos.
• Work with the content and marketing teams to understand creative requirements.
• Develop visually appealing content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Repurpose existing videos into multiple social-media formats.
• Stay updated with current video-editing trends, transitions, effects, and social-media content styles.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.
• Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, transitions, color grading, and sound design.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
• Good sense of creativity, composition, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be preferred.
• Experience creating content for brands, startups, agencies, or social-media pages is a plus.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
