Role & responsibilities

• Shooting: Shoot events / interviews, testimonials / admission videos / brand videos, amongst others. Ability to shoot with camera/ mobile devices / gimbal will be added advantage.
• Content Creation & Editing: Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for social media platforms.
• Platform Optimization: Tailor content to fit specific platform requirements, trends, and audience preferences, including creating, optimizing, and resizing videos.
• Motion Graphics & Audio: Incorporate motion graphics, subtitles, text overlays, sound design, and music to enhance video appeal.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates to keep content relevant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with social media managers, brand & marketing teams, or creators to align with brand guidelines.
• Content Management: Organize and maintain a library of raw footage and edited assets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or similar editing software, including AI -based softwares.
• Experience: Proven experience in video production and editing, specifically for social media platforms. Minimum 2-3 years required.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with video formats, aspect ratios, and compression for web/social.
• Creative Flair: Strong storytelling, editing, and visual creativity, with an eye for pacing and music.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Communication: Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively
