Video Editor

Our client, a well-known accounting and finance software provider, is actively hiring a remote Product Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join their team. This will be remote and able to support across all timezones.

*This is a 4-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

In this role, you will be supporting their customer success team with creating polished, easy-to-follow video content that helps customers get the most out of their products. You will be working heavily on product tutorials and in-app help content.

Responsibilities:

• Review existing videos against updated product UI, tax law, and brand standards
• Consult with SMEs for clarity on flagged updates
• Update screen captures, AI avatars, and AI voiceovers

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in creating and editing product support videos that will assist customers in completing steps and tasks
• Animation or motion graphics experience (text callouts, cursor highlights)
• Experience with scriptwriting or storyboarding is preferred
