Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor specializing in short-form video content for social media platforms. The primary responsibility will be editing engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other digital content for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good sense of storytelling, and an understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and other short-form videos.
• Create promotional videos, product reels, event highlights, and talking-head content.
• Add dynamic subtitles, animated text, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
• Use motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video quality and audience engagement.
• Sync edits with voiceovers, music beats, and on-screen text.
• Apply colour correction, basic colour grading, audio balancing, and sound design.
• Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines for different clients.
• Research trending reel formats, editing styles, and audio to develop fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to execute content strategies.
• Manage revisions, project files, and deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of short-form video editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
• Ability to create engaging hooks, smooth transitions, animated typography, and beat-synchronized edits.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, colour correction, and sound design.
• Understanding of vertical video formats, especially 9:16 aspect ratio.
• Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
