Video Editor

About Us :

TGH Tech is a team of builders. We don't chase trends or ship for the sake of shipping. We go after problems worth solving and engineer our way through them.

We obsess over three things. The idea worth pursuing, the narrative that makes it land, and the growth that proves it matters.

If you're the kind of person who sees a hard problem and feels pulled toward it, you'll fit right in.

Job Description — Video Editor

Role: Video Editor

Company: TGH Technologies Pvt Ltd

Location: Kochi, onsite

About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editor Intern who can turn raw footage into videos people actually want to watch. If you love editing and understand how a good story keeps someone hooked, this is for you.

What You'll Do

· Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) and long-form content

· Cut raw footage into clean, engaging edits with the right pacing

· Add music, sound effects, subtitles, basic motion graphics and transitions

· Do colour correction and basic sound cleanup

· Work with the content team on ideas, scripts and rough cuts

· Take feedback and deliver revisions on time

What We're Looking For

· Strong understanding of storytelling — you should know how to structure a video with a hook, build, and payoff, and why one cut works better than another. This matters more to us than fancy effects.

· Hands-on with at least one editing tool: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut

· Basic sense of pacing, music selection and sound design

· Awareness of what's working on Instagram and YouTube right now

· Ability to meet deadlines and handle feedback well

· A portfolio or reel of your past work (personal projects are absolutely fine)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

· After Effects / motion graphics basics

· Thumbnail design or basic Photoshop

· Some shooting experience

What You Get

· Competitive monthly salary.

· Real projects that go live, not dummy work

· Direct exposure to leadership and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
