We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our operations team and contribute to the success of our company.

Video Editor - 1 post (Full Time)

Salary Range - 500,000 MMK to 700,000 MMK

Job Description

• Edit short-form videos for social media (such as Instagram and Facebook Reels and Stories, YouTube Shorts and Videos, etc), including cuts, captions, transitions, music and branding.
• Edit longer videos, such as service explainers and presentation or website videos, from scripts and storyboards.
• Produce multiple formats and sizes of the same video for different platforms.
• Follow written briefs and brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual style.
• Revise videos based on feedback within the agreed turnaround.
• Organise raw footage, project files, and finished videos on the shared drive.
• Keep up with video and social trends and suggest ideas to improve engagement.

Job Requirements

• At least 2+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio or sample reels.
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve. Basic motion graphics skills are an advantage.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling, video composition, transitions, and audio synchronization.
• Ability to produce engaging content for digital and social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate clearly in writing, with working English.
