Short-form video drives most of the attention on social media, and we need a Video Editor who can keep up. You will edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, longer YouTube videos and video ads for our clients, adding captions, motion text, music and sound design. We expect you to use AI video and audio tools confidently, for example for auto-captions, background removal, voice clean-up, B-roll ideas and quick versions for different platforms, so you can deliver more without cutting corners.

Responsibilities

• Edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos and video ads from raw footage and brand assets.
• Add captions, motion text, transitions, music and sound effects that match each brand.
• Use AI tools for captions, voice clean-up, background removal, upscaling and quick variations.
• Create versions for different platforms and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Work with the social media and ads teams on hooks and formats that perform.
• Keep project files organised and meet weekly delivery deadlines.
• Stay updated with editing trends and new AI video features.

Requirements

• 1+ year of video editing experience with a portfolio of Reels or YouTube work.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Hands-on use of AI video and audio tools such as CapCut AI, Descript, Runway or Adobe Firefly features.
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling and sound.
• Basic motion graphics skills.
• Able to take feedback and turn around revisions quickly.
• Own laptop with editing software is a plus.
